I need to pay Singapore police for processing my Police Clearance through bank draft.
Can I also buy bank draft through Money tansfer agencies like Wersten Union?
Please, anyone help me.
I had already tried to question my bank but unfortunately, I have no dollar account. The bank requires minimum of six months active dollar account to process it.
